The least religious Indian holiday calls for $2 feasts at Indikitch

For a couple of years those who stroll along 23rd Street near Flatiron will have had the experience of Indikitch‘s fast yet authentic all natural Indian food.

In honor of the Hindu day of love, Indikitch is gifting us with a full day of $2 feasts and drinks to show love.

Holi, India and Nepal’s “least religious” holiday that celebrates divine love deriving from Radha’s love for Krishna, a noble Hindu God that is the 8th avatar of Vishnu. People have been known to throw and apply color to themselves and go a bit wild in the streets for the Holi party, its name also going by “Festival of Colors”.
