Rick and Morty is the most disturbing and awesome cartoon on TV right now

Cartoons are overtaking the TV landscape it seems with FOX’s Animation Domination alongside Adult Swim and Comedy Central’s new shows, but Rick and Morty is probably my favorite from creators Dan Harmon (Community) and Justin Roiland (Fish Hooks, Adventure Time). It’s about a “sociopathic scientist who drags his unintelligent grandson on insanely dangerous adventures across the universe,” so a sci-fi inspired animated comedy that’s pretty but not to the point where it’s overdone. In fact, the show’s actually pretty great.
