There’s something about sitting at a Parisian cafe just enjoying the day, eating crepes and sipping Rose. And for those who are longing for the feeling stuck in NYC, you can get all of this at Pates et Traditions in Williamsburg.
Set right on the corner of Havemeyer Street and North 6th, the French restaurant cannot be missed with their summertime layout of red and white striped themed decor. The crepes are something out of a French cookbook, coming out from the kitchen in sheer perfection.
Here is the Norvegienne Crêpe with salmon, asparagus, goat cheese, zucchini, onions, and Swiss:
The Savoyarde, with potatoes, camenbert, onions, bacon, swiss, and white wine:
And of course, the happy hour Rose (main photo).
Stop in to get all Frenchy M-F 12:30-10:30PM; SAT & SUN 11-10:30pm.
