When it comes to Cleveland there is no shortage of amazing happy hours (or places to eat for that matter). But when I say that Players on Madison has THE best happy hour in town, I mean it. Between 5-7 on the corner of Madison Ave. and Belle you’ll find the coziest spot in the area with the most delicious treats that go easy on your wallet.
