I don’t know where it all started, but somewhere along the line I became absolutely obsessed with capturing the perfect #burrataporn.
Maybe it is the challenge of the perfect pop with *just* the right amount of juice; I don’t know. Maybe it’s the spreading open the creamy center that really turns me on most (lol).
Whatever the case for my mozzarella-gone-gooey obsession, there’s no denying that every chance I have to order burrata on the menu, you can bet I am camera-ready.
