Robot Restaurant in Shinjuku, Japan that’s main focus is anything but the food (there’s robots and B-52s)

Sushi like you’ve never experienced, probably. At the Robot Restaurant in Shinjuku not only do you get to pick from all your favorite Japanese eats, but you’ll get to do so while watching some pretty crazy (and expensive!) entertainment. For one, your server is a Valkyrie “robot” straight out of the game Soul Calibur. Two: giant neon-glowing tanks, B-52s, and motorcycles. Three: you will feel like you’ve slipped into some trans that’s soundtrack is live drum music (the Valkyrie robots playing the drums, of course).

The Robot Restaurant cost 10 billion yen to create ($127 million) and most are blown away when they see what all the place entails (check out the gallery of images). Personally we would have named it “Sushi Robotics,”  but in this case it is what it is: a Robot Restaurant indeed.

For just 3000 yen ($37) you can experience what some are nicknaming its own robot circus (and it’s likely you’ll quickly forget about your meal once the hour-long show starts).
