The Ramen Noodle Burger by Berg’n: A BK Flea delight

The best part of living in the Brooklyn area is that my favorite flea market THE BROOKLYN FLEA comes to me; I don’t even have to do anything! The formerly located downtown Brooklyn market has recently moved to an indoor winter space in Crown Heights on 1000 Dean St. right around the corner from my apartment, making it that much more difficult to have any sort of life savings when there’s tasty Ramen Burgers at your fingertips. But I’m happy to indulge every once in a while in this perfectly-crafted burger that has me, uhhh, mildly addicted to say the least.

As you can see above, the slurp a durp appeal of the Ramen noodles meshed with fresh spinach and delicious beef has you all like DAMNNN why did I even bother microwaving Ramen ever? Nothing beats it. It’s no wonder why Time Magazine has listed it as “The 17 Most Influential Burgers of All Time”.

You can grab a hold of one of these every Saturday and Sunday at the Brooklyn Flea Market, 1000 Dean St. between 10AM-6PM.
