I will always have a soft spot in my heart for anything birthday cake flavor, whether it’s ice cream, candle scents, lip gloss—CROISSANTS—I mean, I’m pretty keen on my cake batter / sprinkles combo flavor that had me practically running to UNION FARE for Chef Thiago‘s now famous croissant that’s probably the most Instagramable pastry on the planet, not to mention a new #foodporn phenomenon.
Don’t be fooled by the croissant’s colorful appearance; you will be pleasantly surprised to find that the croissant is not *too* sweet, and filled with just the right amount of almond butter for that classic almond croissant feel.
