Dessert waffles on the quick at Wafels and Dinges: NYC pop-up offers street-style Belgian delight

NYC has some great street food options as far as spaces for vendors to show off their creative entrepreneurship, and one of those stand-out spots is Wafels and Dinges at Herald Square.

Now, I love me some great Belgian waffles and have been known to eat them in like 4 bites anyways, so when I found out that there was a homemade Belgian waffle place that made chocolate covered strawberry waffles right in front of you in under 1 minute (depending how busy it is; in the middle of the day you might have better luck), I was on the next train to Herald Square to see what all the fuss was about.

As you can see, Wafels and Dinges did not disappoint in any way, shape, or form. In fact, the shape of the waffle and everything was quite perfect.
